Nine months ago I didn't know anything about coding.

I'm working to level up my skills, but I need your help.

I started in April 2013.

I had just finished defending my masters thesis in a totally irrelevant field.

My curiosity began with tinkering on CSS and JavaScript.

In July something big happened: I was accepted into the RailsGirls Summer of Code.

For three intense months I contributed to the impress.js open source project.

Back to School.

Rail Girls Summer of Code helped me realize that there is one thing I'm more excited about than JavaScript - Ruby on Rails.

After a developer internship in Tokyo. I was hungry for more.

To level up my skills I applied to Flatiron School for a three-month intense Rails program.

I was accepted.

Now, I need your help.

The tuition at Flatiron School is $12,000.

I've received a $4,000 scholarship, but I still need to raise $8,000 to cover the costs.
